Q1. Yes, you can buy gift certificates in any dollar amount, however you can only use them on phone orders, not through PayPal.


 Q2. You can pay for your items with VISA, Master Card, Discover or money orders. I am currently adding PAYPAL to the website, but it may take a few days to complete.


 Q3. I ship through the United States Postal Service the cost is $7.50 inside the Continental United States. Rates will vary when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States. For large orders for teams or schools the cost of shipping will depend on the weight of the package or packages. Express shipping or insurance can be added for an additional fee.


Q4. If you don’t know what size to order, here is a guide to follow. Measure your wrist just above your wrist bone, and then add .75” to 1.25” depending on if you want a snug or a loose fit. For example my wrist measures 6.5” and I like a 7.5” bracelet, it’s not too tight or too loose. If you are buying a bracelet for someone and you don’t know what size to order refer to the chart. Please keep in mind that this chart is only average sizes.

• STERLING SILVER AND CRYSTAL CAN BE STORED IN PLASTIC BAGS TO AVOID MOISTURE
• PEARLS AND NATURAL STONES SHOULD NOT BE STORED IN PLASTIC BAGS BECAUSE THEY NEED TO BREATHE
• DO NOT WEAR JEWELRY WHEN DOING HOUSEWORK OR USING CHEMICALS THIS MAY DAMAGE THE JEWELRY
• DON’T SWIM IN A POOL WITH YOUR JEWELRY ON, THE CHLORINE MAY HARM YOUR JEWELRY
• WHEN WEARING YOUR JEWELRY AVOID ACTIVITES THAT COULD SCRATCH YOUR JEWELRY (JUST USE COMMON SENSE)
• PUT YOUR JEWELRY ON ABOUT 15 MINUTES AFTER YOU ARE DONE PUTTING ON YOUR MAKE UP, PERFUME, HAIRSPRAY AND LOTION THIS WILL GIVE THE PRODUCTS TIME TO ABSORB INTO YOUR SKIN AND NOT GET ON YOUR JEWELRY

CLEANING:
• WHEN CLEANING CRYSTAL USE A SOFT, NON-ABRASIVE CLOTH, SOME CRYSTALS HAVE A SPECIAL COATING OR FINISH THAT NEEDS GENTLE CARE SO IT DOESN’T RUB OFF
• WHEN CLEANING STERLING SILVER USE AN ANTI-TARNISH CLOTH, BUT BE CAREFUL, IF THE PIECE HAS CRYSTAL OR GEMSTONES DO NOT RUB THE CLOTH OVER THOSE PARTS
• WHEN CLEANING NATURAL STONES AND PEARLS SIMPLY WIPE THEM WITH A SOFT DAMP CLOTH
